Lymington Bridge Club

The Club offers face-to-face duplicate bridge sessions on Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons, and supervised play (for beginners) on Thursday mornings.

Thursday evening remains online with Realbridge.

Dont forget we are now a cashless Club. Please make sure you have topped up your account to cover table money which is  back to £2.50 (£4 for visitors).

Please sign up HERE to reserve your place. It will be £10 as normal to include the bridge session, Chicken Sweet 'n Sour with Rice and a sweet treat with your tea/coffee. All profits to our charity this year which is Hampshire and IOW Air Ambulance. Bring your own tipple!

Teams Together Evening

Our Teams Together evening was organised as part of the EBU's Festival of Bridge Week.  The intention was to include bridge players throughout the area, whether they played in non-affiliated clubs, sporting clubs with a bridge section or just with friends at home.  The response was very pleasing and we were full - as you can see from the photo.  It did make getting around a bit like musical chairs and we were grateful to Michael Yeo for keeping us all in order!  It was very pleasing to see new, happy faces and welcome them to the Yellow Door.

 We had teams from tennis, golf, croquet and sailing clubs as well as almost all the local non-affiliated bridge clubs and the evening was very successful.  The winning team largely represented Ringwood Bridge Club.  Well done to them.

The profits from the evening will be divided between Cancer Research UK and the club's nominated charity of the HIW Air Ambulance.

The Lymington Club Ltd (often referred to as The Yellow Door) has its own premises in a listed building on St Thomas' Street, at the top of this busy market town next to Marks and Spencer.  We have a lovely bright card room and newly refurbished entrance and kitchen area. We are a  friendly club whose members meet up to five times a week for Duplicate Bridge. We have several social and charity bridge occasions during the year as well where our Social Committee always provide delicious homemade fare.

The Club has some parking available next door, and there is a large Council owned car park within 100 metres down the adjacent side road.  We run several competitions throughout the year and are affiliated to the EBU and to HIWCBA.
